Veteran-Owned Small Business
Purpose: This sheet formally introduces Gaiergy Corp for teaming, subcontracting, and direct engagement on federal, state, municipal, utility, and institutional energy programs.

Who We Are

Gaiergy Corp is a veteran-owned energy and marine consultancy that delivers the energy transition from concept through operation. Our team spans federal energy contracting, world-class architecture, global manufacturing, petroleum operations, thermal engineering, and construction finance. We serve federal agencies, states, municipalities, utilities, hospitals, developers, and institutions that need a team able to carry a project from idea through implementation.

Core Competencies

  • Energy Master Planning: campus and district energy baselines, multi-technology roadmaps (geothermal, solar, storage, grid), phased decarbonization with capital sequencing, utility and transmission capacity analysis.
  • Technoeconomic Analysis: multi-scenario cash flow, internal rate of return, and net present value modeling; energy contract design including Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC), Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESC), and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA); incentive stacking optimization.
  • Geothermal Systems Design & Deployment: district-scale ground-source heat pump networks, borehole field engineering and thermal modeling, distribution design, building-level integration, coalition development.
  • Battery Storage & Grid Services: behind-the-meter sizing and economics, demand charge management, wholesale market revenue modeling, financing structures.
  • Marine Energy & Oceanographic Consulting: wave and tidal energy, marine carbon capture, aquaculture systems, oceanographic logistics, marine surveying and cable routing.

Why Gaiergy

Operators, Not Just Advisors

Our people have conceived, financed, constructed, and operated energy projects in the built environment; we facilitate implementation, not shelf reports.

Finance-First Engineering

Every engagement is built on rigorous technoeconomic modeling that integrates system design with financial structuring.

Proven Federal Delivery

Decades inside federal energy programs, with work featured by the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Energy as models of successful energy contracting.
